These terms cover your use of this website. They do not set the terms of a studio booking. Those are agreed separately, in writing, before your session is confirmed.
What is on this site
We describe the space and how it can be booked. Descriptions are there to help you decide whether the room suits your shoot, not to form a contract.
Prices and availability
Nothing on this site is a fixed price or a binding offer, and no date is held until we confirm it with you. Any figure we discuss becomes a price only when we put it in writing for your specific booking.
Contacting us through the site
Sending a form does not create an agreement between us, and it does not book anything. It starts a conversation. We will get back to you, and anything we agree will be confirmed directly.
Please give us accurate details. If we reply to the wrong address or hold the wrong date, that costs us both time.
Photographs and content
The text and layout of this site belong to Project MØDE. The photographs are used with the owner's permission to show the look the studio is shot for, and they are not a record of any particular booking. Please do not copy them for your own website or listings.
Links to other sites
Where we link somewhere else, we do not control that site and are not responsible for what it says or does.
Availability
We try to keep this site up and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or entirely free of errors. If something here looks wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
